Art-Reach ACCESS is a regional PA/DE/NJ program where you purchase a $5 ACCESS Card (valid for 2 years) and then contact venues to get reduced-price tickets. Museums for All is primarily museums; Art-Reach ACCESS also includes theaters, orchestras, dance companies, and film centers.
Who qualifies for Museums for All?
Anyone with a valid SNAP Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) card. You can bring up to 4 people on one card — the cardholder plus 3 guests.
Who qualifies for Art-Reach ACCESS?
Anyone receiving public assistance benefits (SNAP, TANF, Medicaid, SSI, SSDI, WIC, Section 8, and others) can apply for an ACCESS Card. The card costs $5 and is valid for 2 years. Apply online at art-reach.org.
How much does admission cost?
For Museums for All venues, admission ranges from free to $5 per person. For Art-Reach ACCESS venues, pricing varies — many offer significantly reduced tickets (often $2–$5). Check each venue for specific pricing.
Can I use my EBT card from another state?
Yes! Museums for All works across state lines. If you have an EBT card from any state, you can use it at any participating museum nationwide. Art-Reach ACCESS is specific to the PA/DE/NJ region but accepts applicants regardless of where their benefits originate.
